LitBuy notices and community, read for what changes at the door
Official announcements, promotions and community channels, each read for one question: does it change what you film, keep or file when a parcel arrives wrong.
Official announcements on the notice board
LitBuy's notice board held four announcements when we read it on 16 October 2026. The newest, from 18 September 2026, launched membership levels L0 to L5 based on cumulative international shipping spend, plus a paid Lit Prime plan; it lists return and exchange benefits among the perks for higher levels without giving any figures.
The other three are the two hurricane notices of August and an EU tariff update of 24 June 2026. None of the four changes the after-sales evidence rules. The rules themselves sit in the help article updated on 7 July 2026, which we re-read with each update to this site.

The August hurricane notices
On 16 August 2026 LitBuy warned that severe hurricanes in south-eastern China had delayed the receipt of some orders and the shipping of some packages by several days. On 28 August it announced that order intake and shipments had gradually returned to normal, with a small remaining backlog.
We mention it for one reason. LitBuy's exclusions list force majeure, natural disasters included, and its insurance page offers no delay compensation. A parcel slowed by an event like this is a reason for patience; a parcel lost or damaged during it still needs the same evidence as any other.

Coupons and the reward page, briefly
LitBuy's site banner advertises two shipping coupons, a sign-up coupon and a Discord coupon. LitBuy's coupon article adds that only one shipping coupon can be used on each parcel. We do not track codes or amounts here; that is a different subject from evidence.
The one promotion that touches evidence is the reward page for unboxing posts, because of rule 3: taking part waives return or refund for that order. Read the rules on LitBuy before you post a clip, and see our video page for how to keep the claim and the post apart.

Community channels
LitBuy's working Discord invite is discord.gg/litbuyofficial; the older invite in the site footer no longer resolves. LitBuy also links a Reddit community, r/LitBuy_Community, and WhatsApp and WeChat contacts from its footer.
Community threads are useful for one thing in a claim: learning how others photographed a similar problem. They are a poor source of rules. If a post says LitBuy accepted a claim without a video, treat it as one person's case, not as policy, and follow the help article.

Our change log
Every update to this site is listed here with its date. When LitBuy changes a page we rely on, the entry says which one and what moved.
